Austin Carlile Found Guilty

After hearing tons of rumors and absolutely no communication between the band or record label some light has finally be revealed.
His Felonious Assault charge was bumped down to a misdemeanor, which Austin plead guilty to. He was then told to pay $1000 in expenses, afterwards $800 of which was suspended. Before stepping out of the court room Austin paid $335 in full and was a free man. Though there was no comment made on Austin's part about the incident he did tweet this quote “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
