New Sony Patent May Come With Trophies

Though I do not count myself amongst those called "Trophy Hunters" I will agree they do seem to have a positive effect on gaming. Hopefully this new patent will finally resolve my issues with a majority of PSN games.

My Thoughts On The PS4...

I was not expecting too much going into the conference, I knew we were getting a new console that would have high end graphics and new firmware.

LIMBO Heading To PSN!!!

After almost a year PlayStation 3 owners will finally be receiving the critically acclaimed downloadable game. While there is no announced date yet, the information was leaked by a ratings board website, confirming that it will in fact be a PSN title. This is great news considering how amazing this creepy puzzle game was. No doubt this will greatly increase the studio's revenue giving them more money to continue making quality content in the future.

The Sony E3 2011 Conference Wrap Up

Closing the show last night after a short delay, was the Sony press conference. Its no surprise that every CEO that walked onto the stage looked nervous as hell considering the recent outages. After some apologies and jokes they moved immediately right back into what everybody wanted, the entertainment. Thankfully every single game they announced wasn't forcibly mentioned with motion control features...Cough Cough Microsoft.

Games I Want "Remastered" For The PS3

It is amazing how I complain about something for several years and Sony finally decides to listen to me. My hopes are to now complain to get this list of games "remastered" so that I can enjoy them the way they were intended. In the event you have no clue what I am talking about, Sony has announced that they will be relaunching popular PSP titles for the PS3, with of course higher resolution and hopefully the bugs fixed unlike 3/4 games for the PSP. While I would rather they "remaster" some PS2 games and give me the trophies I deserve for things such as my 255 hours in Disgaea 2. However I will take what I can get from Sony at this point, so below is a list of what I want to be brought over to my PS3... In no particular order...

Arcane Hearts 3 Hits PSN

While this may be the third installment of Arcane Hearts, it is only the first released on American soil. It is very sad considering how amazing this fighting game truly is, everyone should be allowed to play it. There is a cast of 23 very vibrant characters each with their own unique skill sets centered around Defensive, Balanced, and Offensive. You then combine your fighter with an Arcana, all of which also have their own stats. This can make for plenty of fighters all with unique strengths and weaknesses. I have spent several hours just combining the two elements to get the most out of the fighter I chose.

Battlefield 3 Just a Few Screens

With the announcement of Battlefield 3 still fresh in everyones mind, the studio decided they would release a bundle of new screenshots. I have managed to get my hands on the screens through legal channels rather than just stealing them from somebody. They don't really showcase much other than the amazing graphics and lighting mechanics to be used on the new Frostbite 2 Engine. E3 is coming up really fast and you can guarantee that Battlefield 3 will be making an appearance to tease us more. I took it upon myself to resize the images because a 4000x4000 resolution is completely unnecessary.
